We work with the print-on-demand company Printful, Inc. They process all our orders and manufacture and ship our products directly to you. We rely on their services and professionalism to handle our orders carefully.

Yes, with the help of Printful we can deliver worldwide. However, shipping is not possible in some locations because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now we don’t ship to the following locations:
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine.
Russia
Belarus
Ecuador
Cuba
Iran
North Korea
Syria
Check Printful’s page for the most accurate information. Please note that the list of countries where we or our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. You are responsible for these fees.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us.

Usually, it takes 3–7 business days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address;
● Ask your local post office if they have your package;
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbours, get in touch with us with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, the order would be automatically returned to Printful’s facility. We can send you a replacement order once we have confirmed an updated address with you, but shipping will be at your own cost.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

No, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts in the product description section. If an item is mislabeled, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order with your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.
Please note that colours may appear differently on different screens. We do not offer refunds for items that do not match your colour expectations based on the online images due to variations in display settings.

Printful has warehousing and fulfilment centres in the USA, Europe and the UK. Depending on your location and the product you choose, it will be shipped from the nearest possible location.
