Use of Our Website

  • Content: Our website is your go-to place for information about Studio Deloryan, our games, team, and merchandise.

  • Accounts: If you create an account, make sure your information is accurate. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

  • Prohibited Actions: Do not misuse our website, hack it, or use it for anything illegal.

Purchases

  • Merchandise: We partner with the print-on-demand service Printful for our merchandise orders. Check their policies here.

  • Payments: All payments are securely processed by Stripe. Your payment information is handled by them, not us.

  • Returns and Refunds: Check our Returns & Refunds Policy on our shop page.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Statement to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final due to our print-on-demand service. However, if you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we will honour returns up to 14 days from when you received the product. Once returned, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund if applicable. For more details, please visit our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customs and Taxes

Prices on our site do not include import/customs duties and tax charges. YOU are responsible for paying these fees when your order arrives. Please check with your local Customs Department to estimate these additional charges.

Buyer’s Remorse

No refunds for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. All garment details are available on the product page. It's up to you to research garment materials, quality, texture, etc., before purchasing.

Delivery Times

Our products are printed on demand, and shipped, by Printful, with fulfilment locations worldwide. Delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks, depending on where you are. If you are outside North America or Europe, it might take a bit longer. We'll do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible, but we can't make any guarantees on shipping times. Sorry, but we don't offer refunds for delivery delays or buyer’s remorse.

Duplicate Order/Payment Issues

Sometimes, credit card providers decline orders due to fraud protection, incorrect zip codes, CVV errors, or other reasons. Check your statement for pending transactions before trying again. If you see duplicate charges, please contact us. We will try to help, but cannot promise we will catch it in time, since our orders are processed and forwarded to Printful immediately.

Missing Orders

If you have issues with your order, contact us within 4 weeks of your purchase. Before reaching out, check with your local post office and ask about your order. If that doesn’t help, wait a couple of days and check with your neighbours, as parcels can sometimes be wrongly delivered.

Ordering

When you place an order, a receipt is automatically emailed to confirm your purchase. If you don't get it, check your spam folder or email us. This receipt doesn’t constitute a contract, and orders can be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card, suspicion of fraud, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, we’ll issue a refund. We can't guarantee all items in the shop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable, our customer service team will notify you. We reserve the right to update site content at any time. We strive to keep all information accurate, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipping if we find a pricing error.

Incorrect Addresses

If you input the wrong shipping address and your items are lost, they may be returned to our warehouse. If this happens and you want the items sent to the correct address, you'll be responsible for the additional shipping fee. If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address and we can't reach you within 2 weeks, your item will be donated to charity.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payments via Stripe. We do our best to ensure all prices listed are accurate. If an item is mislisted or there's a pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price and/or provide a refund.

Free Shipping

Digital downloads do not count towards Free Shipping offers. All prices are in EUR.
