Returns & Refunds Policy

Before you purchase, please be aware that all products in our shop are printed on demand by Printful, Inc. This means each item is custom-made for you the moment you place an order. Because of this, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please take a moment to carefully review our returns and refunds policy.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of using the print-on-demand service Printful, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any orders. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or an item that was damaged, please let us know by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
Notification for EU Consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply for:
Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and thus unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Considering that all products are printed on demand, Studio Deloryan reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
Refused, Undelivered, and Automatic Returns
If a product cannot be delivered, is refused at delivery, or is returned to Printful’s facility, it will be held for 14 days. If unclaimed within this period, the item will be donated to charity. Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with face masks will be disposed of. You will not receive a refund and will be liable for reshipment costs.
If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Refunds are only offered for items that are wrong, defective, or damaged. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Order Cancellations and Changes
It is not possible to cancel or change your order, as it is immediately forwarded and processed by Printful.
